Yes, they do, and normally when the winner writes history they belittle their enemies and attempt to erase their memory from what is recorded, yet the prophet is seldom forgotten.
John R.W. Stott reminds us in perhaps his final work, "the self love of our age is a key sign that we all should be very, very alert.
